We invite dedicated professionals (new graduates, master’s-level clinicians, LPCAs, LPCs, and LCSWs) who are interested in providing client-focused mental health care in a supportive and relational environment that incorporates faith-based practices, to join our team and contribute to a practice committed to compassionate, holistic care.

Position Details:
- Employment Type: Part-time, fee-for-service (1099 contract basis)
- Location: West Hartford, CT, Telehealth or Hybrid with easy access to I-84
- Education: Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 1-year post-licensure individual psychotherapy experience
- License: LCSW, LMSW, LPC(A), LMFT(A)
Therapist Responsibilities:
- Provide individual outpatient mental health counseling
- Independently schedule and manage client appointments
- Maintain clinical documentation and treatment plans
- Adhere to Connecticut laws and professional ethical standards
- Maintain professional liability insurance and provide a personal computer for documentation
